Audio-Guided Gym Warm-Ups

Most gym-goers arrive, do a few arm swings, and immediately load a barbell. We believe that gap between walking in the door and the first working set is the most consequential ten minutes in any strength training session. Cold shoulders press, cold hip flexors squat, and cold lumbar spines deadlift — and each of them gives warning signs you're too focused to notice until something actually goes wrong. Our gym warm-ups are structured around the day's primary pattern: push, pull, squat, hinge, or combination. The audio walks you through joint-specific activation in the order the movement requires it.

Early users who lift four or more times per week told us that switching to a proper audio-guided warm-up reduced the mental friction of starting — not just the physical preparation.

One powerlifter said the sessions helped her hit depth on her first squat set without the usual warmup-set grind. Something she hadn't thought a ten-minute audio could change. But preparation changes the starting point, and when the starting point moves, everything else follows.
