What is warmup.today?

warmup.today is an app and website for guided audio warm-up sessions. You listen to a voice that guides you through your warm-up — for over 30 sports, various levels and durations. Sessions are available instantly, no equipment needed.

How do I get Premium access?

Premium is available through the iOS app (monthly or yearly). After purchase, you have immediate access to all sessions on iOS. If you already have Premium but don't see access, try logging out and back in.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → warmup Premium → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

I can't log in — what should I do?

Check your email address and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the 'Forgot password' option on the login page. If the problem persists, contact us at dropin@warmup.today.

The audio isn't playing — what should I do?

Make sure your device isn't muted. In the iOS app: check whether the mute switch is active. On the website: check your browser volume and whether autoplay is allowed. For ongoing issues, please contact us.

How do I save favourites?

You need a free account. After registering, you can mark any session as a favourite using the heart icon — in both the iOS app and on the website.

Is there an iOS app?

Yes! The warmup.today iOS app is available in the Apple App Store. It includes all sessions, background audio, offline playback (coming soon), and in-app Premium purchase.

Which languages are supported?

The app and website are available in German and English. Audio sessions are either in German or English — you can filter by language in the settings.

How do I delete my account?

Send an email to dropin@warmup.today with the subject 'Delete account' and your account email address. We will delete all your data within 30 days.

My purchase wasn't recognised — what should I do?

Open the iOS app and tap 'Restore Purchase' in the paywall. If that doesn't help, log out and back in. For persistent issues, please contact dropin@warmup.today — include your Apple ID and purchase date.
