Audio-Guided Gymnastics Warm-Ups

Gymnastics requires the full range of everything: explosive power, extreme flexibility, balance, and spatial awareness — often within a single combination. We believe that gymnasts have the most sophisticated warm-up requirements of any sport, and the generic "stretch for five minutes" approach leaves enormous potential untapped. Our audio sessions cover joint-by-joint mobilization from ankles to fingers, progressive loading through handstand prep and shoulder activation, and focus techniques for athletes who train under high pressure. The sessions are structured by movement, not by time.

Testers in junior and adult recreational gymnastics told us that wrist injuries — the most common first visit to the physio for new gymnasts — became less frequent after committing to a proper pre-session routine.

One adult gymnastics student who had struggled with wrist pain during floor work for months found that the carpal mobility and forearm decompression exercises in our warm-up reduced the pain enough to train through without modification. Sometimes the solution to a persistent problem is not a treatment — it's preparation.
