Teqball
Audio-Guided Teqball Warm-Ups
Teqball is a fast-growing sport that combines football footwork with the upper-body coordination demands of a tabletop game — requiring ankle stability, hip mobility, core rotation, and precise foot-eye coordination all at once. We believe teqball is underestimated as an athletic discipline, and most players arrive at the table without preparation for the lateral hip loading and quick weight transfer the sport constantly demands. Our audio sessions cover adductor activation, ankle and hip mobility work, core rotation sequences, and a coordination primer that gets brain and feet synchronized before play begins.
Testers who play teqball competitively or in regular training sessions told us they noticed a faster adaptation to the table height and surface in the opening exchanges when they'd warmed up properly beforehand.
One player described our sessions as "loading the software before you run the program." The sport requires fast calibration of touch and distance — and the body calibrates faster when it starts from a prepared state rather than a cold one.
