Audio-Guided Squash Warm-Ups
Squash is one of the most physically demanding racket sports — the direction changes, explosive lunges to the four corners, and sustained intensity of competitive rallies put hips, knees, Achilles, and shoulder under serious load. We believe the lunge — specifically the deep forward lunge to the back corners — is the movement that injures most squash players, because cold hip flexors and quads cannot safely absorb and reverse that kind of explosive load. Our audio sessions cover hip flexor lengthening, quad and glute activation, shoulder rotation for the swing, and a court-specific movement primer that gets the feet moving in the patterns squash actually uses.
Testers who play squash competitively told us they felt sharper on the first point — the opening game where cold reactions cause the most unforced errors.
Achilles tightness, a persistent issue for regular squash players, showed up less frequently after they started including calf and Achilles preparation in their pre-match routine. The Achilles gives you warnings before it gives you problems — preparation is how you listen to those warnings.
