Audio-Guided Running Warm-Ups
Running is the sport most people think requires the least warm-up — you just start slow, right? We believe "starting slow" is not a warm-up; it's just running slowly on cold tissues that aren't ready for the impact. Calf and Achilles preparation, glute activation, and hip flexor lengthening before the first stride make a real difference to how the run feels from minute one, how the gait holds up after 30 minutes, and how the body recovers afterward. Our audio sessions cover all three in less than eight minutes, standing, no equipment.
Testers who run four or more times per week told us that IT band tightness — a recurring complaint among distance runners — improved after they added our sessions consistently. The "warm-up shuffle" phase where you wait for the body to stop feeling stiff disappeared almost completely within two weeks.
One coach told us introducing our audio sessions with their squad reduced the number of minor soft tissue complaints they managed by about a third. That's not a small number — that's an entire injury category becoming significantly rarer.
