Audio-Guided Rugby Warm-Ups

Rugby places collision, explosive sprint, and sustained high-intensity effort in the same session — the warm-up has to account for all three. We believe that neck strength and shoulder girdle preparation are the most underserved warm-up areas in rugby, given how much load the upper body absorbs in every tackle, ruck, and scrum. Our audio sessions cover neck mobilization, shoulder protraction and retraction, thoracic rotation, hip and ankle activation for the lateral cutting both backs and forwards need, and a brief explosive priming sequence before contact training begins.

Testers in club and amateur rugby told us they felt less sore the following morning when they used our sessions before full contact training, particularly in the neck and upper back.

One prop told us the shoulder preparation sequence changed how the first scrum of the session felt, with less immediate compression and better position from the bind. In a sport defined by physical confrontation, arriving prepared is an advantage before a single whistle blows.
