Audio-Guided Cycling Warm-Ups
Cyclists know the feeling: the first ten minutes of a ride where the legs feel like lead, the cadence is off, and every gear feels two too heavy. We believe that feeling is almost entirely avoidable, and it's what we designed our cycling warm-up sessions around. Before you clip in, the audio walks you through hip flexor stretches, glute activation, and lumbar spine mobilization — the three areas that spend hours compressed and shortened in the saddle.
For road cyclists especially, the ITB and piriformis deserve attention; our sessions include targeted lateral hip movements that most riders skip. Early testers who commute by bike told us that using our warm-up before longer rides reduced the lower back pain that usually showed up around kilometer 40.
One rider described it as "the difference between arriving ready to sprint and arriving ready to sit down." That's what ten minutes of targeted preparation can do — and it's why we think the warm-up is as important as the training ride itself.
