Audio-Guided Padel Tennis Warm-Ups

Padel has grown faster than almost any other sport in the last five years, bringing with it a wave of shoulder, elbow, and knee injuries that come directly from players jumping onto court unprepared. We believe the combination of quick direction changes, overhead smashes, and glass-wall read-and-react dynamics creates one of the most demanding warm-up profiles in racket sports. Our audio sessions cover rotator cuff activation, lateral hip stability for the wide defensive stances padel requires, wrist and elbow preparation for the vibration absorption that comes with every wall ball, and a footwork primer for the shuffling lateral movement that defines the game.

Testers who play padel three or more times per week told us that elbow soreness — already a widespread issue in new padel players — improved noticeably after consistent pre-match warm-ups.

Several found their lateral movement in the back court felt more assured in the first two games, which they'd previously written off as a slow-start phenomenon. It wasn't. It was a preparation gap.
