Audio-Guided Nature Warm-Ups
Training in nature — trails, open water, beaches, or mountain terrain — comes with surfaces, temperatures, and demands that don't exist in a gym. We believe outdoor movement requires a warm-up that prepares the proprioceptive system for unpredictable ground as much as it prepares the muscles for the effort ahead. Our nature-specific sessions start with ankle and hip stability work, move into joint mobilization, and include terrain-specific preparation depending on your activity — hip extension for trail running, shoulder rotation for swimming, lateral hip work for coastal walking on uneven surfaces.
Testers who train outdoors year-round told us our sessions translated well to limited equipment environments — everything done standing, no mat required. Designed for car parks, beaches, or trailheads.
One trail runner described doing our warm-up perched on a forest path before a 2-hour mountain run, and said it was the first time he'd genuinely warmed up before a trail run rather than just starting slow. Sometimes where you do the preparation changes how seriously you take it.
