Audio-Guided Athletics / Track & Field Warm-Ups
Track and field puts a premium on explosive power — whether you're a sprinter coming out of blocks, a long jumper attacking the runway, or a thrower loading up for release. We believe the five minutes before your first stride on the track are just as important as your training block. Our audio sessions walk you through hip flexor activation, ankle mobility circles, and dynamic leg swings that get the posterior chain firing before any speed work begins.
The warm-up is structured around your event: a sprint day session looks different from what we run before a throws session. Athletes who use our app before track workouts consistently tell us they feel less stiff in the first 100 meters and hit their target splits sooner.
One 200m runner from our early group said he used to need two full warm-up laps before his legs felt right — after two weeks with our sessions, one lap was enough. That kind of adaptation is what we're building toward with every session.
