Perfect Indoor Bouldering Warm-Up
Audio-Guided Climbing / Bouldering Warm-Ups
Climbing puts your fingers, wrists, elbows, and shoulders under load that no other sport quite replicates — and it's almost always the tendons, not the muscles, that give out first. We believe that finger tendon warm-up is the most underrated skill in climbing, and we treat it seriously in every session. Our audio guides start with wrist circles and tendon glides before moving into shoulder rotations, hip openers for high-stepping, and a nerve flossing sequence for the forearms.
Testers who climb three or more times per week told us that pulley injuries — the finger-tendon strain that sidelines most intermediate climbers for months — became far less common once they started warming up deliberately. The improvement wasn't instant, but it was consistent.
One boulderer in our early group had avoided grades above V5 for a year after a finger injury. Within three months of consistent warm-up sessions, she was climbing at her pre-injury level again. That's the kind of outcome that keeps us focused on getting the small details right.
