Audio-Guided Martial Arts Warm-Ups

Martial arts — whether striking, grappling, or weapons-based — demands explosive rotation, full hip extension, and the shoulder and wrist mobility that makes the difference between technique and injury. We believe the dojo warm-up is a ritual for good reason: the body needs time to understand the range of motion it's about to be pushed through, especially in contact sports where someone else can put you into positions you're not yet ready for. Our audio sessions cover front and lateral hip opening, thoracic rotation, shoulder and wrist preparation, and a brief explosive activation sequence before any pad work or sparring.

Testers from BJJ, Muay Thai, and judo told us that knee and wrist injuries — the most common complaint in training — became less frequent after they started arriving at class early to do our sessions.

One BJJ practitioner said he hadn't needed to tape his fingers in months after introducing proper wrist and forearm preparation into his pre-training routine. Preparation doesn't just reduce injury risk — it also changes what you can do with your body once you're in the session.
