Audio-Guided Inline Skating Warm-Ups

Inline skating puts the ankles, knees, and hips through lateral movements that differ significantly from walking or running mechanics — and cold joints on wheels on a hard surface is a combination that doesn't forgive poor preparation. We believe the first ten minutes of any inline skating session are the highest-risk period, before the body has adapted its stabilization to the lateral loading. Our audio sessions cover ankle inversion and eversion exercises, hip abductor activation, and balance drills that prepare the body for the proprioceptive demands of skating.

Testers who skate regularly for fitness or transportation told us that starting sessions with our warm-up reduced the ankle wobble they usually experienced in the first ten minutes. Several noted that they felt more confident in turns and stops early in the session.

They attributed this to hip and ankle stability rather than balance skill alone — and that distinction matters. Skill is built over years. Stability can be built in eight minutes.
