Hyrox
Audio-Guided Hyrox Warm-Ups
Hyrox is eight functional movements separated by eight 1km runs — and the thing that breaks most athletes by station four isn't fitness, it's failing to prepare the hip flexors, shoulders, and thoracic spine for the volume of mixed-modal stress coming at them. We believe Hyrox warm-ups need to be movement-specific and carefully sequenced, because you're about to do wall balls, sled pushes, ski ergs, and burpee broad jumps all in one session. Our audio sessions hit all the prep angles: hip flexor lengthening for running and lunges, thoracic extension for the ski erg and wall balls, shoulder external rotation for rowing, ankle and calf work for burpee jumps.
Testers who competed in their first Hyrox event after training with our sessions told us they finished more consistently across all eight stations — especially in the back half where most participants slow dramatically.
The preparation pays off exactly when the session gets hardest. That's not a coincidence — that's what a good warm-up is designed to do.
