Audio-Guided Cricket Warm-Ups
Cricket asks something unusual of the body: explosive bowling actions, hours of fielding in full sun, and batting that combines still concentration with sudden explosive drives. We believe the shoulder health of bowlers is as critical as any equipment decision, and our warm-up sessions treat the rotator cuff accordingly. Audio guides include thoracic spine rotations, arm circles at progressive pace, hip hinge activation for batting posture, and ankle prep for fielders on uneven outfields.
Testers who use our app before net sessions told us that side-strain — a classic pace bowler injury from trunk rotation under load — felt less likely after consistent pre-training activation. Even the batters in the group noticed better strike timing in the first ten minutes, a period where cold muscles usually lead to mishit drives.
We think of cricket warm-up as a pre-match skill in its own right. The bowler who arrives at the crease with a prepared shoulder and a mobile thoracic spine is already in a better position than the one who loosened up with a few arm swings in the car park.
