Audio-Guided Basketball Warm-Ups
Basketball demands instant direction changes, explosive jumps, and the kind of hip and ankle stability that only gets tested when you're cutting hard on a defender. We believe most knee injuries on the court happen in the first ten minutes — before the body is actually warm. Our sessions start with ankle circles and hip rotations, move into lateral shuffles and single-leg balance work, then finish with jump activations and quick-cut footwork drills.
The whole thing takes less than ten minutes and is designed to be done in the gym before you touch a ball. Early users told us that hip flexor tightness — which most players ignore until it becomes a problem — was noticeably easier to manage after two weeks of consistent pre-game warm-ups.
The players who started using our app consistently told us something we didn't expect: they felt sharper mentally in the first quarter too, not just physically. Warming up with intention changes how you arrive at the game.
